Of course, they aren't encumbered by Buy America regulations because they're using private dollars, but it's hard to imagine that their equipment order would be big enough to attract many bidders.<br /><br />Like you, my thoughts turned to the Wisconsin equipment. I wonder if they've been sitting on this idea for a while and the time was right.<br /><br />Their Facebook page was started on February 1st, and www.allaboardflorida.com first appeared on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine a few days later (though only as a redirect to a Google Sites page that didn't get indexed).
